Return and Exchange Policy

1. General Return Conditions

  • Products may be returned or exchanged within three (3) days from the date of receipt, provided that the item is in its original condition, unused, and unopened.
  • Returns or exchanges of feed, veterinary products, or medications are not permitted once opened, in order to maintain health and safety standards.
  • If a damaged or incorrect item is received, please contact Customer Service within 24 hours of delivery. In such cases, the platform or the vendor will bear all return or exchange costs.

2. Return Procedure

  • Please contact our Customer Service team through the official channels listed on the “Contact Us” page (email, phone number, or WhatsApp).
  • After the request is reviewed and approved, the product will be collected from the customer or delivered to a designated location specified by the platform.
  • The original invoice or order number must be provided to complete the return or exchange process.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within seven (7) business days from the date of return approval.
  • The platform reserves the right to reject any return or exchange request if the product does not meet the conditions stated above.

3. Exchanges

  • A product may be exchanged for another item within the same category or for one of higher value, with the price difference paid if applicable.
  • The same return conditions apply to all exchange requests.

4. Additional Notes

  • The return and exchange policy does not apply to discounted items or special offers, unless the product is damaged or different from the order.

  • This policy aims to ensure customer satisfaction while maintaining product integrity and protecting the rights of all parties in accordance with the laws of the State of Kuwait.
